Introducing the Flux 3 Max API on Pixazo API: Text, Image and Keyframes to Video with Sound
The Flux 3 Max API is now live on Pixazo API. Flux 3 Max is Black Forest Labs’ new flagship AI video model. It turns a text prompt into a video, animates a still image, and builds a clip from keyframes — with sound, up to 1080p and up to 20 seconds. This post shows what it does, real clips, the endpoints and parameters, pricing, and how to make your first call.

What Flux 3 Max does
Most video models give you one way in: a text prompt. Flux 3 Max gives you three. You can write a prompt, start from an image, or set keyframes and let the model fill the motion between them. Every clip comes with audio, so you get sound as well as picture in one call.
Flux 3 Max generates the audio track with the video. You can turn sound off, but it does not change the price.
Pick 720p or 1080p and any length from 5 to 20 seconds. The defaults are 720p and 5 seconds.

Here is a clip straight from Flux 3 Max through the Pixazo API — one prompt, no editing. Press play, the sound is on.
Three ways to make a video
Describe the scene and Flux 3 Max creates the clip. Best when you are starting from scratch.
Send a start image (and, if you want, an end image) with a prompt for how it should move. Best for animating a photo or a design you already have.
Give 1 to 10 keyframe images and the model fills in the motion between them. Best when you need the clip to hit specific moments.
How the API works
Flux 3 Max is asynchronous. You send a job, get a request_id back right away, then poll a status URL until the clip is ready. Authentication is one header: Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key.
request_id + QUEUEDCOMPLETEDoutput.media_urlSubmit a text-to-video job
curl -X POST https://gateway.pixazo.ai/flux-3-max/v1/text-to-video
-H "Content-Type: application/json"
-H "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: YOUR_KEY"
-d '{
"prompt": "A red panda walks along a mossy log in a sunlit forest",
"duration": 5,
"resolution": "720p",
"aspect_ratio": "16:9"
}'Response: { "request_id": "flux-3-max_...", "status": "QUEUED" }
Poll until it is ready
curl https://gateway.pixazo.ai/v2/requests/status/REQUEST_ID -H "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: YOUR_KEY" # when status == COMPLETED, read output.media_url (an mp4 with audio)
Image to video uses the same pattern at POST /flux-3-max/v1/image-to-video. Full samples in HTTP, Python, JavaScript and cURL are on the Flux model page.

Parameters
The main inputs are the same across all three modes:
prompt– what happens in the clip.duration– 5 to 20 seconds (default 5).resolution– 720p or 1080p (default 720p).aspect_ratio– the frame shape, such as 16:9 or 9:16.seed– a number for repeatable results.
Image to video adds image_url (the first frame) and an optional end_image_url. Keyframes mode takes a keyframes list of 1 to 10 images. Audio is on by default; turning it off does not change the price.

Pricing
You pay only for the seconds you render — no seats, no minimums. New accounts also get a 10% cashback bonus on their first top-up (up to $500).

What you can build
Already using Flux for images? Flux 3 is the image model; Flux 3 Max is the video one, on the same model page. If you are comparing video models, see our launches of Wan 3.0, Magi 2.0 and MiniMax H3.

Get started
Flux 3 Max brings text, image and keyframe video — with sound — to a simple, pay-as-you-go API. Grab a key, send a prompt, poll for the clip, and you have a finished mp4 from $0.17 per second. Full docs and code samples are on the Flux model page.

Frequently asked questions
Q. What is the Flux 3 Max API?
Flux 3 Max is Black Forest Labs’ flagship AI video model, available through the Pixazo API. It makes video from a text prompt, animates an image, or builds a clip from keyframes, and every clip includes audio.
Q. How much does Flux 3 Max cost?
Flux 3 Max is billed per second of video: $0.17 per second at 720p and $0.29 per second at 1080p. A 5-second 720p clip costs about $0.85. Audio is included and does not change the price. Billing is pay-as-you-go with no minimums.
Q. How long can a Flux 3 Max video be?
From 5 to 20 seconds, at 720p or 1080p. The defaults are 720p and 5 seconds.
Q. Does Flux 3 Max support image to video?
Yes. Send a start image in image_url, with an optional end image in end_image_url, plus a prompt for the motion. It also supports keyframes to video with 1 to 10 images.
Q. What are the Flux 3 Max API endpoints?
Text to video is POST https://gateway.pixazo.ai/flux-3-max/v1/text-to-video and image to video is POST https://gateway.pixazo.ai/flux-3-max/v1/image-to-video. Both are asynchronous: you get a request_id, poll the status endpoint until COMPLETED, then read output.media_url.
