Lift the crowd off the plate

Same ten seconds with and without its extras. The clean-plate pass removes every person while the camera move, the clouds and the lighting stay where they were. Prompt the empty plate the other way and it repopulates from shot type, environment and density words.

A live-action drama episode, restyled to anime

A Southeast Asian broadcaster asked whether a live-action teen drama could become an anime series without reshooting a frame. We converted a full pilot episode, segment by segment, keeping the camera moves and re-laying the original audio track.

What we learned: our first pipeline used character reference sheets, and it swapped identities between characters, an older relative taking on a lead’s face. We rebuilt it to preserve identity from the source frames alone, and it now holds across the whole cast, extras included.
